INH Opportunities provides you with the ability to easily keep Staff & Volunteer Coordinators updated as your availability changes. It is always to keep your availability as up-to-date as possible to allow the team to place you into positions and times that work best for you.

Step 1: Visit your INH HQ Page

All information concerning your application and and event involvement can be accessed from your INH HQ Page.

To visit this page, you will need to login using your INH Opportunities Account and click on the 'INH HQ Page' tab from the main menu.

 

 

Step 2: Visit the 'Applications & Record' Tab

Once you've clicked on the 'INH HQ Page', you will be directed to a welcome page along with a sub-menu that contains all sections of the INH HQ Page. From this menu, you will be required to click on the 'Applications & Record' tab to view the events that you've expressed interest for through INH Opportunities.

Step 3: Select Your Application

From this section of the INH HQ Page you can view all applications you have submitted through INH Opportunities (upcoming and previous). You can also check the status of your application to see once this has been reviewed and if you are indicated as an active candidate.

To the far right of the table is a column labeled 'availability & interest'. Please click on the green icon for the relevant event to progress with updating your application status and availability.

Once you have clicked on the green tick icon shown above, you will be presented with all dates you submitted on completion of the application form.

Step 4: Update Changes

From this section of the INH HQ Page you can view all applications you have submitted through INH Opportunities (upcoming and previous). You can update your interview & event availability along with check the status of your application.

If you wish to save any of the dates you modify on this page, please scroll down and hit 'Update'.

Note: As rosters are usually drafted before distribution, you may not be aware of all positions allocated to you. Changes made on this page will not remove you from previously assigned interviews or positions so it's a good idea, if you have a senior position and your availability changes dramatically, to give us a quick call and let us know.

Photo Release Agreement

When submitting your application for an event you are automatically allowing the use of images taken of you during event operations and pre/post activities to be taken and used in the purpose of promotion and advertising. You will always hold the right to revoke permission for use; however, revocation does not apply to a printed image that has already been produced or released, but does to any subsequent productions.

If you would like to decline the release of images, you may update this via your INH HQ Page. This will allow the management team to see if you have declined to have images of you released prior to publishing. It is organisation policy to request approval to take images of you at the time of photography and acceptance of this will allow the team to use images on social media. As mentioned above, you will always hold the right to revoke permission for use.

Note: This option is accessed by following the steps listed above.

Would You Like to Withdraw Your Application?

If you are no longer able to be involved with an event you've submitted your interest for, please contact the direct Staff & Volunteer Coordinator via INH Mail.

Note: We also provide the ability for you to withdraw your application. Withdrawing your application through the INH HQ Page will prevent you from being placed into future positions for the event; however, there may be positions / interviews already assigned that are not yet visible and it is always best to contact us as well.
